Our sports Autumn Camp program is designed to engage children (Ages 5 to 14) in the rich cultural heritage of Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, martial arts and music as well as related art forms and fine arts.

 

During the Autumn Camp, your child will learn the fundamentals of Capoeira movements, acrobatics, kicks, and dodges, as well as the traditional songs and percussion rhythms that accompany the practice. We also have an exciting fine arts and crafts program that explores the development of ceramics, painting and drawing skills.

 

Our experienced instructors are passionate about teaching Capoeira and create a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment for your child. Through our program, children will develop physical strength, coordination, and flexibility, as well as social skills such as teamwork, respect, cultural appreciation, leadership skills and take part in our fine arts and crafts program.

 

In addition to Capoeira classes, we also offer a variety of engaging activities, including storytelling, and games, Children will have the opportunity to make new friends, learn a new skill, and have a memorable Autumn break experience.

 

We welcome children of all levels of experience and abilities, and our instructors will adapt the program to suit the needs of each child. Our Autumn Camp is a great way for your child to stay active, learn and be immersed in a cultural experience, while having fun being creative in a supportive and inclusive environment.
