2024
Join the Miami Capoeira Sol e Lua Cultural Arts Center family for a celebration of the art of Capoeira and Afro-Brazilian Arts.
4 days of workshops in Capoeira, percussion, music, Afro-Brazilian dance, Samba, and Maculele as well as beach time, sharing, and the magic that Miami is known for.
The Encounter is an annual ceremony and celebration. Many will receive their first cord or graduate to their next cord demonstrating achievements and dedication in the art of Capoeira.
This year we will be offering a few free classes for the community as well as a sliding scale payment option for those in our community who qualify.
